Pay by phone: Call customer service to pay your bill via telephone (check under for phone number). This service accepts checking or savings payments as well as credit/debit card transactions.

Opening & Closing Accounts

New customers aren’t required to pay for a service deposit if they are judged to be by LCEC as having a positive credit score. If you have to pay a deposit the amount you pay will be around double the average of twelve months or at a minimum of $200, for addresses that do not have a minimum 12-month billing history. Commercial and business customers are required to make an initial deposit.
